
How It All Began

My Story
Hello all, I am Nathan Thomas, a personal trainer and calisthenics coach.
I started my journey a few years ago, from basically nothing. I was an extremely skinny kid.
I did not have a coach or any equipment besides a pull up bar and 2 chairs.
One day, I came across a calisthenics transformation video, which inspired me to make a change and research into calisthenics, starting my own journey.
I became obsessed with calisthenics. It felt rewarding. Every workout felt different and I could train freely almost anywhere, while achieving my goals.
Unlike my little experience with weightlifting in the school gym, I found my achievements to be more tangible, it was more than just a number on a plate. I could physically see how I was progressing by unlocking new skills.
Calisthenics allowed me to become the best version of myself, gain general full-body control and learn gravity defying feats.
It is still crazy to see how far I have come.

Early 2024, I started my social media journey.
I started posting videos of my workouts and trying calisthenics skills, and slowly I noticed the way people were finding motivation and inspiration in what I was doing.
Before I knew it people were messaging me telling me how I had motivated and inspired them to start working out.
Hearing all of those stories made me keep going till this day, with a new found purpose of continuing to inspire and help people.
People were starting to become interested in calisthenics and the idea of gaining full-body control and strength. I kept getting messages, asking questions and seeking help, which eventually led me to create these programs to include and answer all of your questions in one place.
These programs include the things I have learned along my own journey and provide you with the tools to start calisthenics yourself.
